An expression of Sicilian tradition

The seasonal menu at Rosanna’s is an expression of Sicilian tradition and creativity by head chef Rosanna Aliotta. Our food is rooted in authenticity, inspired by every day Sicilian favourites. From our vibrant breakfast and brunch menu, to our daily-prepared fresh pasta dishes and delicious homemade cakes, you will experience some of the true flavours in Sicilian cuisine. 


Working under the concept of food being simply authentic and reimagined, every dish is crafted “like Grandma used to do” with a special Rosanna twist. Many of the dishes on our menu are inspired by Rosanna’s childhood in Catania, Sicily, and stories from her Grandmother, Rosa. Our recipes have been loved, shared and passed on by our families and friends in Sicily for many years. 


In Rosanna’s own words; “ what I hope that you take away from eating at Rosanna’s is the feeling of welcoming and warmth. To enjoy food that is good for the soul and gives you an insight into traditional Sicily, which is a joy to experience.”
